Young Professionals

Direct entry as an IT Junior Consultant offers you the opportunity to take your career into your own hands right from the start and to contribute your own ideas to our company. You will support us in the development of solutions for complex problems and in their implementation. You will be involved in the consulting team and the work at the customer’s site from the very beginning. Through your work in innovative, technology-oriented infrastructure projects, you will get to know our customers, their structures and processes and build up not only methodological, but also specialist and industry-specific knowledge – giving you the best tools to quickly develop into a consultant!

Students

With us, you are already fully involved despite your studies: as an intern or working student, you will be deployed as a team member in a project on the one hand, and on the other hand you will be given a task for the internal development of our consulting. It’s challenging, but interesting. You can make coffee somewhere else. In an internship of at least two months you will gain valuable experience – in the middle of a nationally and internationally operating management and IT consultancy. We will involve you right from the start: both in day-to-day operations and in independent project work. We will also be happy to support you in parallel with your studies: as a working student, you will contribute up to 20 hours a week to our projects and/or support internal processes. In the advanced semester, you also have the opportunity to write your thesis with us.

Not everyone is at their most productive from 9am-6pm. You need rest for an important project or prefer to use the evening hours to get creative? Work when you want, where it suits you.
