What is the scientific basis of Positive Leadership?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We mainly refer to the research findings of Martin Seligman (PERMA) and of Richard M. Ryan\/ Edward L. Deci (Self-determination Theory, SDT).<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the core of Positive Leadership?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In both the PERMA model and SDT, it can be shown that people’s well-being and performance are very closely correlated. This means that, from a management perspective, there is no conflict of objectives between well-being and performance and that both variables can be optimized simultaneously. Because it is the same factors that positively influence well-being and performance. Additionally, both studies and our personal experience show that well-being and performance also positively reinforce each other. Learn more about Positive Leadership here.<\/span><\/p>\n

How is the Positive Leadership Seminar structured?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In our Positive Leadership Seminar, we start again with the very essential scientific basics and give brief references to the most important research papers. This also serves to substantiate the high scientific standards and validity of this leadership approach.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the further course, we go into more detail about the success factors of leadership and work out with the participants how to address these in practice. In this context, we also teach very concrete tools and techniques that will help to master certain challenges in this context in the sense of Positive Leadership. In addition to personal experience, we take into account the corporate culture and technical-economic conditions of the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the seminar, participants are given repeated opportunities to reflect on what has been presented and to apply it in small exercises.
